What's next

In case you haven't looked at the program, there is reason to smile. From now until the end of February we play:

Pao - Doxa Dramas
Pao - Atromitos
Pao - Levadiakos
Doxa - Pao
Levadiakos - Pao
Pao - Xanthi
Ergotelis - Pao

After that, we'll have the chance to finish off this race if all goes well. We play back to back derbies at home (with AEK we play at OAKA).
Pao - Paok
AEK - Pao
Pao - Olympiakos

After that group of tough games, home stretch looks much smoother:

Ofi - Pao
Pao - Aris
Pao - Panionios
Asteras - Pao
Pao - Panaitolikos

As you see, there is good reason to keep our focus and to stop the whining about every little ref decision, and all the other distractions.

Until we begin the derbies, there is good reason to believe that we can win every single game one way or another. Reality says that we'll lose some points here and there, but even so, if we win the pivotal derby against Olympiakos at home the title will be very hard to lose.

The team needs to keep their intensity and focus, and to treat every single game as if they are playing play-offs. It's very important that we win each of the next seven games because the possibility of losing points goes up against teams like PAOK, AEK, and Olympiakos. If we do that, then we'll go to the derby in first place and a win against Olympiakos would be not only the finishing touch for the season, but a firm foundation for the future seasons as well.
